Essential Oils Ordering
Information
Ordering:
Aura products may be ordered by phone, fax, post or here online. Due
to the administration involved in phone, fax and postal orders we offer
a small incentive to customers ordering online, with some products discounted
by upto 10%.
Parcels are dispatched Monday - Thursday using Royal Mail and our local
courier. We endeavour to fulfil orders placed before midday that afternoon.
Orders placed on Fridays are not processed and dispatched until after
the weekend.
~ At Aura we do all we can to get your parcel to you as quickly and
efficiently as possible. Sometimes however, delays in the postal &
courier system and inevitable. If your parcel is more than 5 working days late please let us know! ~
All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT @ 17.5%. Whilst we accept payment
by cheque or most major credit cards, we do not process Visa Electron
or American Express.
Opening Times:
We are open at the following times:
Monday to Friday ~ 9.30am to 2.30pm
We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays although there
is a 24 hour answer service available.
Carriage Charges
There is a carriage charge of £5.00 on all orders under the value
of £35.00 before VAT. This applies to Mainland UK customers only.
What is Mainland UK
Unfortunately, due to ever increasing courier and postal service costs,
carriage paid orders only apply to customers resident in Mainland UK.
Shipping to the following desinations is therefore charged at cost:
Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands,
The Isle of Wight, Jersey, Guernsey and the Channel Islands.
Shipping Overseas
Orders to Europe, America or the Rest of the World are charged at cost.
Terms
All new customers will be asked to provide details of their professional
qualifications and/or company trading name & address. We offer a
full no quibble refund on goods returned in their original condition
within 14 days of purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights.
A signature upon delivery is required. If this is not possible please
provide us with alternative instructions, ie: please leave parcel with
a neighbour, or in the garden shed. A re-delivery fee of £5 is
applicable on all failed delivery attempts. Any out of stock items are
placed on back order at our discretion.
Credit Terms
Whilst credit is available, it is only on offer to customers with a
minimum monthly spend of £100. We strive to give you the best
products at the most affordable prices and make no allowance for bad
debtors. Bad debts are therefore collected as a matter of principal.
